futureHistory designed the information structure and flow for over 60 web sites, two for each team in the National Football League to provide information to coaches and employees about their insurance, pension and 401(k) benefits.
Much of the focus was put into creating an information design structure that could not only handle the huge amounts of information, but present the information in a way that could be easily processed. Our goal was to create a site where anything could be found in three clicks of the mouse. Another challenge of this job was keeping all the individual team plans organized and setting up a structure so that when updates to the sites are needed, they can be done in the most efficient way possible.
Each site is password protected (so unfortunately, no link is available) and provides the users with personalized information as well as downloadable forms and news about the plans.
